File Attachments

Tip!

The APW allows you to include supporting documents by uploading files that are attached to your acquisition plan.

The screen below is a sample File Attachments page showing that a Word document called "MyAcquisitionSupportingdocument.doc" has been attached to this plan.

To add an attachment to your plan, simply select the "Add Attachment" link on the File Attachments page (see the sample screen below). Selecting it now will take you to the next screen and show you exactly how it's done.

Instructions

This screen enables you to manage the list of files attached to and associated with this plan.

1. In order to attach a new file to this plan click the 'Add attachment' link. Clicking on this link will take you to a new screen with further instructions.

2. In order to remove a file which has alread been attach simply click the 'Remove' link next to the file you wish to remove. Clicking this link will delete the association between plan and file and refresh this screen.

3. In order to download an attached file click in the linked filename. Clicking on this link will bring up a dialog box with options to 'Save', 'Open', or 'Cancel'.
