Instructions

1. Discuss all environmental and energy conservation associated objectives of the acquisition. (see GSA's Affirmative Procurement Guidelines, GSA Order OGP 2851.1). Include a summary of any discussions with the Regional Environmental Quality Advisor (REQA) and decisions made regarding acquisition compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). State whether or not the acquisition is NEPA compliant.

2. If there was an Environmental Assessment Statement prepared, discuss the proposed resolution of any issues.

3. If there was an Environmental Impact Statement prepared, discuss the proposed resolution of any issues.
