Discuss technical, cost, and schedule risks and describe what efforts are planned or underway to reduce risk and the consequences of failure to achieve goals. If concurrency of development and production is planned discuss its effects on cost and schedule risks. Identify and describe any risks (and also rate as High, Moderate or Low) associated with the project, e.g. -

1. Schedule

Describe actions to manage and mitigate risk for each risk identified during the acquisition. Techniques may include, but are not limited to -

1. Prudent project management, monitoring progress, costs, schedules, etc.

4. Continuous collection and evaluation of risk-based assessment data

5. Prototyping prior to implementation

6. Post implementation reviews to determine actual project cost, benefits and returns
