Get Your Plan Approved

Getting your plan Approved after your have finished developing it requires that you:

  1. Add someone to every Required Role in accordance with the GSAM 2800.1. This includes:
    • Concurrors (on the Plan Participants screen)
    • Coordinators (on the Plan Participants screen)
    • Approvers (on the Approval screen)
  2. Submit the fully developed Plan for Coordination and Concurrence.
  3. Monitor your plan to make sure that each Coordinator and Concurror has logged in to the APW, reviewed your plan, left comments for your action if necessary, and has marked their Concurrence by entering the Concurrence Date.
  4. Submit the filly Concurred Plan for Approval.
  5. Monitor your plan to make sure that at least one of the Approval Authorities has logged in to the APW, reviewed your plan, left comments for your action if necessary, and has marked their Approval by entering the Concurrence Date AND changing the Approval Status to Approved.
