Build Your Team

Building your team is easy to do. There are three important things to remember:

1. The APW only displays Plan Participants that are required by the GSAM 2800.1. If the role is not always required you it will have a "Not Applicable" checkbox so you can override the APW.
2. The Additional Roles are NOT required however, if you add someone as an Additional Role on your Plan then their participation and Concurrence IS required.
3. You can specify that a team member can "Preview" your plan. This new feature allows you as a planner to allow one or more team members (say a contracting specialist) to see the plan before you officially submit it for Concurrence. If you designate a team member as a "Previewer" then they:
   • will be notified immediately
   • will be able to view your plan, even while in Draft
   • will be able to mark their Concurrence, even while in Draft
